Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-06-19

Placeholder. Engage counsel before public launch — this draft covers the obvious shape of a SaaS ToS but is not legal advice. Replace with a reviewed agreement before accepting paying customers.

1. Acceptance

By signing up for or using runspry, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. The service

runspry provisions and operates a dedicated virtual private server (VPS) per customer, with the OpenClaw open-source agent runtime preinstalled. We bill a recurring subscription fee for hosting and (optionally) prepaid credits for LLM and scraping usage.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use runspry to send spam, perform unauthorized scanning or attacks against third parties, host or distribute malware, or violate applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

4. Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. LLM credits are prepaid; we do not extend credit. Failed payments result in dunning and eventual suspension; suspended VPSes are retained as snapshots for 30 days and then deleted.

5. Data & backups

Your agent's data lives on your VPS. We take daily snapshots (7-day retention) for recovery. We do not read your data; access by us is only for emergency operational reasons and is logged.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel any time from the billing dashboard. Service continues to the end of the current period; we then snapshot and destroy the VPS.

7. Liability

Service is provided "as is." Our liability is capped at fees paid in the prior twelve months.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be emailed at least 30 days in advance.
